A 16-year-old has been charged with murder after a man was found dead in Gosport.

The boy was arrested after police were called on Monday to Southcroft Road, where they found the body of 54-year-old Barry Hounsome.

He has now been charged with murder.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court tomorrow.

Police have not released his name.
