Man fined for breaching community order imposed after he assaulted police officers

A MAN has been fined for failing to comply with a community order.

Samuel Hewett, 30, of Cemetery Lane, Westbourne, West Sussex, admitted breaching to order imposed on May 1.

He failed to attend a relationships course on November 19 and December 3.

It was imposed after a series of police assaults in 2018, as well as damaging property and drink-driving.

He admitted breach the order when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 19.
