n Kyle Gribby, 23, of Sea Grove Avenue, Hayling Island, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

He was fined £200 for the offence committed in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

Gribby must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Adam Collins, 26, of Warfield Crescent, Waterlooville, admitted driving without insurance.

He was fined £300 for the April 5 offence in Portsmouth with six points on his driving licence.

He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Collins also admitted driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was given no separate penalty.

n Aryande Corral-Seacombe, 35, of Baxendale Road, Chichester, admitted drink-driving on the M275 on April 3.

He was fined £200 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Corral-Seacombe was banned from driving for 18 months.

n John Drake, 30, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted assaulting a man by beating.

He was given a community order for the April 2 offence committed in Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth.

Magistrates ordered him to complete a four-week 8pm to 6am curfew.

Drake must pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Maxwell Goddard, 30, of Pentere Road, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving and was fined £120.

He was banned for 20 months after being caught on April 3 on the A3(M).

A test revealed he had 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mcg legal limit.

Goddard must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He also admitted speeding at more than 70mph and was fined £80.

n Monique Holman, 47, of Tudor Crescent, Cosham, admitted drink-driving and was fined £600 with a 24-month driving ban.

She was caught in Tudor Crescent on March 31.

Holman must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Daniel Marsh, 36, of Bill Sargent Crescent, Fratton, admitted possession of a small amount of herbal cannabis, a class B drug.

He was fined £130 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. Marsh was caught on April 2 at his home.

Magistrates ordered the cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
