The fixture against Spurs would have given manager Kenny Jackett the opportunity to give the former Ipswich striker more game time and a chance to add to his four goals this season.
Meanwhile, Andre Green is expected to start against the north Londoners.
He's available after recovering from a knee injury that required a minor operation back in September.

'˜He's back after a full week of training and fully over his knee injury, confident and looking forward to getting back playing.
'˜I'll be surprised if he played 90 minutes, but if he does that would be great.
'˜The game's come at almost the perfect time for him, to be able to get back after his injury and contribute towards our season.'
Jackett added: '˜Brett has a knee injury.
'˜But he'll be okay by a week on Saturday.
'˜We'll be making changes (for the Spurs game).
