Portsmouth's call if Chaplin can face them
The Blues would have to give clearance for the striker to line up against Kenny Jackett's side at the Ricoh Arena on October 2.
Sky Blues' boss Mark Robins yesterday stated Chaplin was allowed to line up against Pompey, following his move to the midlands.

Hide AdThe deal sees the 21-year-old join Robins' side on loan until January, when it will convert to a permanent move.
Robins said Chaplin couldn't play if the two sides met in a cup competition.
The News understands, however, the terms of the agreement mean Pompey hold the cards over whether the academy graduate can take part in the league clash.
In the Premier League, Lomana Lualua famously scored for Pompey against Newcastle in 2004, after signing a temporary deal.
That led to rule change in the top flight saying players couldn't feature against their parent clubs.
