M27 crash when road 'empty' leaves firefighter confused
A car smashed into the central reservation near junction 11 westbound at 7.25pm on Thursday evening - leaving ‘a lot of damage’.
Luckily a young male and female walked away from the incident unscathed and turning down treatment.

Hide AdThree police cars, an ambulance, Cosham firefighters and a hazardous response team all attended the scene.
A firefighter said: ‘There was just one vehicle that had gone into the central reservation - there was a lot of damage to the barrier.
‘No one was trapped and the couple were on the hard shoulder when we got there.’
The firefighter added: ‘The sun was low but the road was empty. I’m not sure how you crash your car when there are no other cars around?’
