MOTORISTS are being told to expect delays of up to 15 minutes after a road traffic incident that has left one lane blocked on the M27. Â

The incident occurred between Junction 11/ A27  for Fareham and Junction 12 /M275 for Portsmouth on the eastbound carriageway.
