Sign helps tell people the work of '¨life-savers
A SIGN firm is helping life-savers clock how many rescues they have carried out.
Top Notch Signs in Gosport donated the sign to Gosport and Fareham Inshore Rescue Service for its base in Lifeboat Lane, Stokes Bay.
Fundraising officer James Baggott said the sign replaced another one used as people always asked what Gafirs did.
He said: ‘Members of the public often walk past our station when we’re on duty and ask what we’ve been up to.’
The volunteer service has launched 13 times this year
