Seal washed up along Portsmouth seafront is safe, says RSPCA
and live on Freeview channel 276
The seal, believed to be the same one spotted in Lee-on-the-Solent and Hayling Island recently, appeared on Eastney Beach today.
The beach was closed by police and the RSPCA was called into action.

Hide AdAccording to the RSPCA, the creature has now swum back into the sea.
The charity has advised against approaching seals along the seafront, saying it causes them distress.
