May also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour on February 12 in Portsmouth.
No separate penalty was imposed.

Hide Adn Michael Morrey, 58, of The Paddock, Gosport, admitted using racially-aggravated words which were threatening or abusive.
Morrey committed the offence on October 24 in Portsmouth and was fined £300. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
n Emma Nicholas, 29, of Linden Lea, Portchester, admitted stealing cosmetics worth £175.82 from Boots in Portsmouth on November 13 last year.
She was jailed for 14 days as she has a history of like offences.

n Tony Ford, 28, of Flying Bull Lane, Buckland, admitted stealing groceries worth £8.75 from Co-op in Portsmouth on February 8.
He was given a six-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge to pay.
Ford must pay £15 prosecution costs.
n Luke Power, 36, of Western Road, Fareham, admitted assault by beating in Portsmouth on December 24 last year.

Magistrates ordered him to pay £160 compensation.
n Mark Gent Ratcliffe, 48, of New Road, Swanmore, was found guilty of assault by beating on December 20 last year in Swanmore.
Magistrates imposed a community order with 60 hours unpaid work.
He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs.
