Lee Harris, 35, of Northern Parade, Hilsea, admitted damaging a phone worth £160 in Havant on September 12, 2019.
He admitted damaging a lampshade on the same day.
He must pay £170 compensation, a £100 fine, £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

He also admitted failing to turn up at court on December 1.
He was fined £120 with a 12-month community order and 10 days' rehabilitation activities.
He must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.
