Man banned from contacting woman after assaults
A MAN has been handed a restraining order after admitting two assaults on a woman.
Rodney Rosher, 51, of Addison Close, Winchester, admitted two counts of assault by beating against a woman in Bishop’s Waltham between December and January.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a community order with 32-day relationships course and 25 days of rehabilitation activities. He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs. The restraining order bans him from contacting the victim or going to two addresses in Bishop’s Waltham.
