Gorman was handed a 56-day term for this offence.
He also admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from jail by not keeping in touch with his supervisor.

n Danny Gattrell, 29, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted handling stolen goods on June 5 and was jailed for seven days.
He also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
Gattrell committed that offence in High Street, Gosport, on June 5.

n Cheryse Wall, 30, of Northern Parade, Hilsea, admitted using racially-aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, causing the victim harassment, alarm or distress.

n Kenneth Scott, 73, of Seagrove Road, North End, admitted stalking a woman between August 4 last year and June 25 this year.

Scott was fined £150 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £135 prosecution costs.
Magistrates imposed a restraining order for two years banning him from photographing the woman, going to her address, sending her letters or causing her alarm or distress.
n Jason Baldwin, 38, of Valley Park Drive, admitted drink-driving on July 30.

n James Lennon, 42, of Field Avenue, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted theft of chilled meat worth £72 from Marks and Spencer in Portsmouth on July 8.
Magistrates imposed a three-month conditional discharge.
He must pay a £20 victim surcharge.
