A Hampshire PC has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

PC Nadia Thurley, a serving officer, has been charged with two counts of committing an act with intent to pervert the course of justice in July 2021.

Thurley, 28, will appear before Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

A police spokesman said she is currently suspended from duty.
