Hampshire police now takes video footage of road crimes - here's how to make a report
It is hoped the initiative, called Hants Snap, will make the roads a safer place for pedestrians, cyclists, horse riders, road workers and other demographics.
Hampshire Constabulary has set up a web page where the videos can be sent, with an extra button for people who have received a police notice after being reported.

The website’s landing page says: ‘A trained decision maker will assess the footage and determine if any offences have been committed.
‘Where action is proportionate and there is sufficient evidence to successfully prosecute the case at court, the incident will most likely be dealt with via the fixed penalty system.’
Rules stipulate footage must be submitted within seven days of the incident, must not be edited in anyway or deleted, and must not be shared on social media.
