Crash in Havant that saw driver shout at injured moped rider sparks police appeal

The collision took place on the B2149 Petersfield Road, near the junction with Wakefords Way, between 12.45pm and 1pm on Monday.
A Peugeot moped and a dark Vauxhall saloon car were involved in the incident, which saw the driver of the car get out of his vehicle to shout at the rider before driving towards Rowlands Castle.

Hide AdThe rider, a 20-year-old man, sustained a fractured ankle in the collision, and required hospital treatment.
The car driver was white, in his early 40s, skinny, about 5ft 7in, with dark, greying short hair and tattoos on his arms and chest.
A second man also got out of the car briefly. He was white, in his mid 20s, skinny, with dirty blond long hair, and was wearing glasses.
A spokesman from Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has any further information.
