The shop, JK Wellness, in Havant Road, Drayton has been set up by husband and wife duo Joe and Keshia Stewart, who say they are offering an alternative customer experience by focusing on the key elements of wellness and boosting community spirit.
Since taking the bold decision to open their studio and shop in October last year, Joe and Keshia have adapted to a continually uncertain situation, managing to maintain their core values, family, and wellbeing both physically and mentally. All the while, keeping spirits high and minds active in lockdown.

With more than 10 years experience as a personal trainer and nutritionist, Joe runs the sessions whilst Keshia runs the store and manages the timetables and bookings for the fitness studio.
‘She says she is the brains, and I am the body,’ said Joe.
The couple have their hands full with the management of their new store which has remained open during lockdown, selling fresh produce and wellbeing items such as self-help books.
They are also providing a selection of online wellbeing services to existing clients alongside their additional business in recruitment, TeachTech Solutions, which Keisha also directs.
