Engineering scholarship awarded to bright Portsmouth pupil

Lowena Hull, 16 and from Portsmouth High School, won the Arkwright Engineering Scholarship, after excelling in a rigorous selection process.

The scholarship will see her working closely with the team at lift company Stannah.

It has been sponsored by the firm through the Joseph Stannah Foundation, which aims to engage and support students to pursue a career in engineering.
