M27 junctions 3 to 4 Southampton, Hampshire: bridge reconstruction

Hide AdWork to maintain journeys and ensure road user safety by replacing the Romsey Road bridge near junction 3 continues this week. A 50mph speed restriction is in place on the M27 east and westbound carriageways beneath the bridge until summer 2019.
A3(M) Bedhampton, Hampshire: resurfacing
Work to improve journeys by resurfacing a section of the A3(M) southbound carriageway near Bedhampton finishes this week.
The A3(M) southbound carriageway will be fully closed from junction 5 to the A27 westbound overnight, between 9pm and 6am, until Friday 7 September (Monday to Friday only).
A clearly signed diversion will be in place from junction 5 down onto the A27 eastbound carriageway, exiting at the A3023 Langstone junction, loop around the roundabout and join the A27 westbound carriageway.

The eastbound exit and entry slip roads at the A2030 Eastern Road junction will be closed overnight, between 9pm and 6am, on Monday 3 September.
In addition, the westbound exit slip road at the A2030 Eastern Road junction will be closed overnight, between 9pm and 6am, on Tuesday 4 September.
Clearly signed diversions will be in place via the adjacent junctions.
