Paul hopes new signings will shine at Quins
HAYLING United manager Lee Paul's tough baptism continues as he takes his side to Bemerton Heath Harlequins, on Saturday.
Paul has started with a league and FA Cup defeat and has drafted in re-inforcements in the shape of two loan players.
Gosport Borough striker Robbie Tambling - a relative of the club's most famous ever product, ex-Chelsea and England centre-forward Bobby Tambling - and Rocks goalkeeper Tom Boyle have been drafted into the squad.
Paul said on the eve of the Wessex League Premier Division clash: "It doesn't get any easier but we will be going there to pick up our first points.
"Although we haven't got the results, we have been playing well.
"I have brought the two new players in to give us a bit more depth and they both come highly recommended by their clubs.
"It hasn't been easy building a team from scratch but it is a long season and we will pick up."
Midfielder Peter Murphy is ruled out of the trip to Salisbury with rib problems but Darren Watts is back from holiday to bolster the defence.
Bemerton Heath Harlequins v Hayling United (KO 3pm): Boyle, Goldring, Eyres, Oliver, Sackman, Warren, Clements, Black, Turner, Tambling, Rudlis.
