Lady captain Marie McCanna raised money for her charity Canine Partners, on February 4.

The Stableford was won by the team of Erika Everest, Alison Holland and Katie Fernandez. Second were Marie McCann, Anne Aylward and Carolyn Purssell.

Canine Partners organiser Malcolm Wells joined the players in the clubhouse to tell the ladies how wonderful the dogs are.

They can even take off their own purple jackets, operate washing machines, pick up items from supermarket shelves, and get their masters up on their feet if they have a fall.

A new puppy costs £450, and Marie was able to raise £150 towards a Hayling Ladies' puppy from that competition.

You can learn more about the dogs and how you can help by being a puppy parent a twww.caninepartners.co.uk.
