Motorist crashes into road sign in Hayling Island

A MOTORIST suffered minor injuries after hitting a road sign in Hayling Island last night,

The incident happened at 10.58pm on Havant Road.

South Central Ambulance Service sent one ambulance and one rapid response vehicle to the scene.

Police were also at the scene.

The male driver, who was driving a silver Ford KA, was not seriously hurt and taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham by ambulance for treatment.
