Man admits to oil theft

THIEF Alexander Everett stole oil from a petrol station.

Everett, from Astrid Close, Hayling Island, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court to stealing a five-litre bottle of motor oil from Whichers Gate Garage in Whichers Gate Road, Rowlands Castle.

Everett was ordered to pay £47.59 in compensation to the garage.

The 43-year-old was also ordered to pay £55 in court costs.
