Hayling Island motorist admits driving while over the limit

MOTORIST Thomas Seager was caught drink-driving.

Seager pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta in Sandy Point Road, Hayling Island after drinking too much on September 16.

A test revealed his blood contained 123 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 80mg.

Seager was fined £200 and told to pay £85 court costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

The 22-year-old, from Southwood Road, Hayling Island, was banned from driving for 16 months.
