Gift sale a big success
THE sale of unwanted gifts has raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
Home Start Havant appealed for donations to sell to raise cash to help families of young children going through difficult times.
The sale at Newtown Hotel, in Hayling Island, last week was a success with £265 made on the night.
Home Start Havant holds events throughout the year and the next is a fashion show on February 22 at the same venue, in Manor Road, from 7pm.
Tickets are £5 each.
